Rescu Performance · Youth Training · Scarsdale, NY
START STRONG. BUILD TODAY. PERFORM TOMORROW.
Siguiente — Spanish for "next" — is our youth training program: age-appropriate strength, speed & agility, and the recovery habits that keep young athletes in the game. Expert coaching that cares, inside a physician-owned facility. Because the next generation deserves a real foundation.
A youth training program for ages 5–18 · Grouped by age & stage · Parent health questionnaire before first session

We train the whole athlete — not just for this season, but for the long run.
Age-appropriate strength training with real coaching — movement quality first, loads scaled to age and ability, progress you can see.
Confidence, focus and discipline built through training — habits that show up in school, in sport, and everywhere else.
Healthy habits today, champions tomorrow. Young athletes learn how to train, how to recover, and how to keep both for life.
Three pillars, one program. Every session blends strength fundamentals, speed & agility development, and recovery-focused cooldowns — including mobility work and tools like the vibration plate — so recovering well becomes as natural as training hard.
Siguiente is built and led by Rescu's Performance Director, Myrna Brady — sports-nutrition certified, and the coach behind Rescu Performance's athlete floor. Small groups, real attention, expert coaching that cares.
And because Rescu is physician-owned, safety isn't a slogan: every athlete's parent completes a health questionnaire before the first session, programming is age-grouped, and anything that needs a doctor's eye gets one.
