Siguiente is built and led by Rescu's Performance Director, Myrna Brady — sports-nutrition certified, and the coach behind Rescu Performance's athlete floor. Small groups, real attention, expert coaching that cares.

And because Rescu is physician-owned, safety isn't a slogan: every athlete's parent completes a health questionnaire before the first session, programming is age-grouped, and anything that needs a doctor's eye gets one.

What ages can join?

Ages 5–18, grouped by age and stage — movement fundamentals for the youngest athletes, sport-performance work for teens. Every group trains age-appropriately.

Is strength training safe for kids?

With qualified coaching and age-appropriate programming, yes — it's supported by major sports-medicine organizations. Loads are scaled, technique comes first, and every athlete is supervised.

What does a session look like?

Strength fundamentals, speed & agility work, coordination games, and a recovery-focused cooldown with mobility work and tools like the vibration plate. Kids learn to train and to recover.

How do we start?

Message us on WhatsApp or book an intro visit. We'll match your child to the right group, walk you through the schedule, and a parent or guardian joins the first session. A parent health questionnaire comes first — it's quick, and it's how we keep this safe.
