Runners.Back in stride.

Westchester's roads and trails don't care about your training plan. Repetitive impact adds up — knees, ankles, calves, hips — and rest days alone aren't a recovery strategy. Physician-sequenced oxygen, light, and energy support between your runs, so the miles build you instead of breaking you.

Runners — back in stride: recovery support for knees, ankles, calves and hips at Rescu Wellness

The Demand Pattern

Repetitive impact.
Cumulative demand.

Running is thousands of identical loading cycles. When recovery lags behind volume, the usual suspects show up — and pushing through them is how a niggle becomes a layoff.

KNEES & IT BAND

Runner's knee and lateral irritation from volume spikes — support circulation and comfort while you and your PT adjust load.

CALVES & ACHILLES

The tissue that takes the spring. Support recovery between quality sessions instead of waiting for it to 'grab' mid-run.

HIPS & PLANTAR

Where form breaks down when fatigue wins. Low-impact recovery inputs while the rebuild work happens in PT.

The Tools

Gentle inputs. Real support.

Nothing here loads the injury or fights your PT plan. These are low-impact, physician-sequenced therapies used to support the recovery environment — between training, between PT sessions, through the season.

Questions

Good to know

Does this replace physical therapy or athletic training?
No — and it never should. Your PT rebuilds strength and movement; your coaches build the athlete. Rescu supports recovery between sessions so you absorb the work better. Keep going to PT.
I'm training for a race — when should I come in?
Around your hardest sessions. Many runners book recovery the day after long runs or quality workouts, and increase frequency in peak weeks. The physician maps it to your training calendar.
Can I use this in-season?
Yes — that's when recovery demand is highest. Sessions are low-impact and scheduled around training and games; many athletes come in on rest days or after heavy sessions.
What does it cost to start?
Red light from $40, PEMF $100, HBOT trial $199. No membership required. Physician screening is included in your first visit at no extra cost.
