Recovery Support · Between PT Sessions · Physician-Guided

Rehab fromrehab.

Physical therapy rebuilds you — and rebuilding hurts. The soreness after a hard PT session is proof you're working, but it's also a recovery demand your body has to meet. Rescu supports the hours between your sessions with physician-guided oxygen, light, and energy therapies — so you show up to the next one more ready to work.

Works alongside your PT — never instead of it · Sessions from $40 · HBOT trial $199

Who this is for

Three people, one problem.

Rehab is where you rebuild strength, range, and confidence. But the work itself is demanding — and most recovery plans give you nothing for the 165 hours between appointments.

Most Important
🩺

Post-surgical PT patients

After surgery, PT is non-negotiable — and it can be painful and discouraging. Supporting circulation, tissue oxygenation, and comfort between sessions can help you stay consistent with the plan your surgeon and therapist built. We coordinate with both.

🏈

Injured athletes

You're doing the rehab exercises, but the clock to return-to-play feels slow. Recovery inputs — oxygen, light, energy — support the tissue environment while your PT rebuilds the movement. Pros train on this floor; the same tools are open to you.

🎾

Weekend warriors

The Saturday game shouldn't cost you the whole week. Whether it's a tweaked back, an angry shoulder, or a calf that keeps grabbing — support recovery properly instead of just waiting it out with ice and ibuprofen.

The Gap

PT is 3 hours a week.
Recovery is the other 165.

Your physical therapist gives your body the stimulus to rebuild. What happens between sessions — circulation, oxygenation, inflammation balance, sleep, tissue recovery — determines how well you absorb that work. That's the gap Rescu fills.

Questions

Good to know

Does Rescu replace physical therapy?
No — and it never should. Your physical therapist rebuilds strength, range of motion, and movement patterns. Rescu supports recovery between PT sessions so you can arrive at the next one more ready to work. Keep going to PT.
Can I come while I'm in physical therapy after surgery?
In most cases yes, with the right timing. Rescu is physician-owned, and with your consent we coordinate with your surgeon and physical therapist so any supportive therapy is appropriate for your procedure and stage of rehab.
Will this help with how sore and difficult PT is?
Rehab work is genuinely demanding, and post-session soreness is real. HBOT, red light, and PEMF are used to support circulation, tissue oxygenation, and recovery between sessions. Many clients report feeling more comfortable and more ready for their next session; individual experiences vary.
What does it cost to start?
Red light from $40, PEMF $100, HBOT trial $199. No membership required. Qualifying clients can be evaluated for a Letter of Medical Necessity for possible HSA/FSA use.
I'm a weekend athlete, not post-surgical — is this for me?
Yes. Weekend warriors and injured athletes use the same recovery inputs — oxygen, light, and energy — to support tissue recovery, training consistency, and return to sport. The physician sequences the protocol to your situation.

Do the rehab. We'll handle the recovery.

Tell us where you are — post-surgical, injured, or just paying for Saturday — and the physician maps the support plan around your PT.
