The medical community actively debates the cause and the name (you'll see terms like "post-treatment Lyme disease syndrome"), and there is no consensus cure for lingering symptoms. That uncertainty is real, and we're not going to paper over it. What we can speak to is the recovery burden: people managing this are often depleted, and they're looking for supportive care that helps them function while their medical team leads the way.
How Rescu fits — as support, not treatment
Rescu is a recovery and wellness practice supervised by a board-certified emergency physician. Some people managing Lyme-related fatigue choose general wellness modalities as part of a broader plan directed by their own doctor. If that's you, here's what matters about doing it here:
- A physician is involved before anything begins. We require a consultation. If a modality isn't appropriate for you, or if your situation needs your treating physician's sign-off, we'll say so.
- We coordinate with your care, not around it. Supportive wellness services are exactly that — supportive. They do not replace antibiotics, your infectious-disease specialist, or your primary physician.
- We won't overpromise. You've probably encountered places that claim to "cure chronic Lyme." We're not one of them. Honesty is the whole point of a physician-run practice.
10-Pass Ozone Therapy — a wellness service we offer
10-pass ozone therapy is one of the wellness services available in our clinical IV suite, performed under physician supervision. Some people managing chronic fatigue choose it as part of a general wellness routine. Important and plainly stated: ozone therapy is not approved by the FDA as a treatment for Lyme disease or any infection, and we make no claim that it treats, kills, or affects the bacteria that cause Lyme. It is offered here as a general wellness service only. Whether it's appropriate for you is a conversation for your physician and ours — which is why a consultation comes first.

Does Rescu treat Lyme disease?
No. Lyme disease is treated with antibiotics prescribed by a physician. Rescu offers supportive recovery and wellness services for people managing symptoms and fatigue, alongside — never instead of — the treatment your own doctor provides.
Can ozone therapy cure Lyme?
No. Ozone therapy is not FDA-approved to treat Lyme disease or any infection, and we make no such claim. We offer it as a general wellness service under physician supervision. Any decision to use it should involve your treating physician.
Do I need a referral or consultation?
A consultation with our physician is required before any service. We'll review your situation and be honest about what's appropriate — including when the answer is that you should stay with your current care team only.
