The Rescu Method

THE LE²ON METHOD

By Dr. Randy Taylor, MD · Board-Certified Emergency Medicine · Scarsdale, NY

Most recovery centers hand you a menu. Cold plunge here, a sauna there, a light panel if you feel like it. LE²ON is the opposite of a menu — it's a sequence, built around the four inputs your cells actually respond to.

After twenty years as an emergency physician, I've watched the body do one thing over and over: respond to its inputs. Give it the right signals in the right order, and it repairs, adapts, and performs. Give it random inputs with no plan, and you get random results. LE²ON is how we make the inputs deliberate.

The four inputs

LE²ON stands for the modifiable levers we can actually pull for your physiology:

Why sequence beats menu

Here's the part almost nobody explains. These inputs interact. Oxygen changes how tissue responds to light. Movement changes what nutrition does. Doing them in a thoughtful order — sequenced to your goal, whether that's athletic recovery, healthy aging, or working back from an injury — is what turns four separate services into one strategy.

That sequencing is a clinical judgment, not a checkout cart. It's the reason Rescu is physician-owned: a board-certified doctor decides what you do, in what order, and — just as importantly — what you skip.

The honest version

No single input is magic, and none of this replaces medical care for a diagnosed condition. LE²ON is a framework for supporting the systems behind energy, recovery, and resilience — sequenced by a physician, tuned to you.

Where to start

You don't need all four inputs on day one. Most people start with the one input that maps to their biggest goal — an HBOT trial for recovery, red light for skin and circulation, a full assessment if they're not sure — and build from there. The sequence grows with you.
