Rescu Wellness Cancellation & Return Policy
At Rescu Wellness, we are committed to providing you with exceptional products and services that meet the highest standards of quality. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we want to ensure that your experience with us remains positive and hassle-free. Please review our return policy below:
Product Returns
1. Eligibility: Unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Products must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products, supplements, and perishable items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
3. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or provide a full refund.
Service Refunds
1. Cancellations: Appointments canceled at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee.
2. No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged the full service fee. We value your time and ours, and this policy helps us maintain the highest level of service for all clients.
3. Package Services: Refunds for unused services in prepaid packages are available within 30 days of purchase, minus the full price of any services already rendered. After 30 days, package services are non-refundable.
4. Trial Sessions: Special trial offers, including those with non-refundable deposits, are not eligible for refunds but can be rescheduled if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

Please provide your order number, details of the item or service, and the reason for your return or refund request.
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting your returned item or confirming your refund eligibility.
