Does this replace physical therapy or athletic training?
No — and it never should. Your PT rebuilds strength and movement; your coaches build the athlete. Rescu supports recovery between sessions so you absorb the work better. Keep going to PT.
I'm in ACL rehab — is this appropriate?
Often yes, with the right timing — and only alongside your surgeon and PT's protocol, never instead of it. With your consent we coordinate directly with them; the physician screens you first.
Can I use this in-season?
Yes — that's when recovery demand is highest. Sessions are low-impact and scheduled around training and games; many athletes come in on rest days or after heavy sessions.
What does it cost to start?
